Some encounters leave a lasting impression deep in your soul. Malgorzata and Carl share a long-standing, profound love for Tyrol—especially for the rugged Kaunertal valley and the historic Verpeilhütte. This very destination was chosen for their most profound adventure yet: heavily pregnant, entering the raw heart of the mountains to capture memories meant to withstand test of time. What began as a damp, mist-shrouded ascent quickly transformed into a spectacular theatrical display of nature, blending bright sunshine, dramatic fog walls, and brief, wild snow flurries.
For this incredible couple, it was never about sterile, overly staged poses—they wanted to feel the adventure, breathe the mountain air, and fully embrace every single moment of the day. As their photographer, I had the ultimate privilege of being the sole companion and witness to this intimate mountain journey. Between Malgorzata’s immense bravery with every high-altitude step and Carl’s wonderfully lighthearted, dry humor, the resulting images perfectly embody what Alpenglow Visuals stands for: entirely real, unscripted, and framed by the deep, untamed silence of the high Alps.
